Replacing O2 sensor on Ford V10-anyone done it?

I tried to smog my '02 Winnie with the V10 F53 chassis and the oxygen sensor is not reading. Has anyone replaced theirs, and how much of a job is it? I can do most stuff but haven't had to do this bef...
