Hmmmm ... our absorption Norcold RV refrigerator keeps it's freezer compartment at zero or lower ... depending upon what number I have it's control set on.
I'd never have an all electric refrig in our RV. What I would really like in our RV is an absorption refrigerator either with the entire refrigerator - or better still just it's internal refrigeration mechanism - mounted on gimbals so that the critical components were always level no matter what angles the motorhome was camped or temporarily parked at. That would be the right way to do RV refrigerators.
