Shouldn't make any difference. If you have a TPO roof then the sealant supplied is made by the same manufacturer of your roof. They have a financial interest in both.
I wouldn't take the Dicor off. It is a proven sealant that works on any roof material. Check all of your sealant locations 3-4 times a year to make sure there are no leaks or cracks.
