What do the rotors look like? If they're serviceable, I'd agree with New Pads and New/Reman/Recon Calipers on BOTH rear sides, along with the Hoses you've committed to. Neither myself nor any shop I've heard of, changes one caliper on an end. In the case of our coach, the prev owners' shop replaced both rears. I've done a number of front disc brake jobs and always replaced or Recon'd both.
Unequal Front Braking, side to side, will feel like somebody's taking the steering wheel away from you. Feels like an uncommanded turn. Unequal REAR Braking (on a dual rear wheeled vehicle), you'll have more like an uncommanded lane change.
You won't be doing a "100%" job because you aren't replacing or resurfacing the rotors. Don't shortcut it any further.
