My Telco AGM batteries are in between, the weight versus amps of flooded GC versus car jar batteries

My AGMs weigh more than gc and offer a few ampHrs more rating per pair
200# 270 amp hrs at 8 hr cycle rate
versus GC pair 130# 230 amp hrs 20 hr cycle rate, what is the 8 hr rate of a pair of gc

I have to double check, but I think the 20 hr rate of my AGMs was 316 amp hrs per pair
