RV FLEXARMOR vs RV ARMOR. Which to go with.
If the price were the same, it looks like rv Flexarmor would be the winner, but the rv armor is about 2/3 the price. I am still trying to find out if the area where the roof laps over to the gutters still has to be caulked with these systems (always seems to be a sore spot with me). I know there's no caulking on top anymore. I hear people talking about roof seams, but not sure what they mean. I don't have any, unless the mean caulking around the vents, ac and such, which isn't a seam to me. Both have a lifetime warranty as long as they don't go oob. Brief research seems that more have had the flexarmor done than the rv armor. Who's happy and who's not? Who's heard of problems? Seems like the flexarmor is more easily redone if a repair or change in something on the roof has to be done. I definitely like how everything is removed for the flexarmor to be applied, instead of treating around and then over the fabric they lay around vents and stuff on the rv armor. Neither are more expensive than a rubber re-roof. I can't imagine doing that ever again. What say ye?
