I'm sorry Oldwizard but you are mistaken on this subject. I have wired these and had them inspected.
You can have both of those outlets running of the same leg. As a matter of code, there is no hard rule about how many outlets can be on a Leg or circuit.
In fact, the common 50/30/20 panels we all know in CG's run the 20 off one leg of the 50 and the 30 off the other leg of the 50. They are not "wired" that way, they are connected that way with buss bars so there is no way they can be wired otherwise.
