I removed the grass, put down some landscaping fabric, and traveled the area. Gravel is slightly higher than the grass in the area and slightly sloped for drainage. I also had some 3'x2' pavers that I put under the wheels.
Yeah, just parking the rig on the grass will eventually kill it, but it sure got muddy.
