Keep in mind, a good surface charge, resulting from a 15++v top charge or eq'ing, can last several days. The bank must sit idle, therefore, for about 4 days minimum. Yes, you could burn off the surface charge with a small load... but that would still be guessing. So, like I said, these things are best determined while the bank is out of service. If that's not a viable option, check sg's after only a couple hours of rest. Your fridge, and whatever else, should be fine without power for a couple hours. Resting ocv readings alone can be very misleading.
