My apologies... my first thought was to use a dc-dc 'buck' converter, but I was thinking you would need a large amp one... which, as you can see, gets very expensive.
You can also use a dc-dc boost converter to get higher voltages out of a standard 13.6v converter, for top charging and eq'ing. Amps are low during top charging and eq'ing, so it's a financially viable option.
Amazon has a whole whack of these things. Some real basic, others with constant current. You just need a basic one with plenty of wiggle room for current and voltage. Pay close attention to the specs regarding both in and out amps and voltages.
