Download manual from Schwintek for the slide. There are two things in the manual that can help you out.
- There is an overide procedure you can use which may help to get the slide moving again.
- There is a process that describes how to unlock the motors so you can push the slide out.
If it were me, I would not try pushing to hard on that slide without checking out the "how to" in the manual first. Also, if I recall correctly, there are error codes on the controller that may be of help.
I have a copy of the manual and remember seeing these in the manual but my copy of the manual is in the trailer, in storage, and not readily available; or I would give you further details. But such as it is, this is the best I can do for you.
