I use the override on the bedroom slide. There's a broken wire in the cable somewhere - I have a new cable but the LR slide is the priority at the moment. I suppose I could try unlocking the motors and pushing in spite of the fact that I can hear the motor whirrrring for a second when I try to extend the slide.
I don't see anything in the manual about electronically unlocking the motors - just how to physically disconnect the motors from the drive shaft.
