Had problems getting it to go out and couldn't figure out how to make it work. Took it back to the dealer, he thought he had it fixed until we tried it before leaving the lot. They kept it for a while, delivered it to us, unfixed, but were able to use the override function on the controller to make it work for a week-long trip, and then took it back to them for fixing. Took them about three weeks to get the parts from Schwintec but it has worked fine since then, knock on wood. Good luck on getting it to work, it's maddening when something like this doesn't work as planned.
