Turns out that one of the motors got water in it and rusted the shaft which stopped it from turning. Also, the new motors are a 50:1 ratio not vs. the original 30:1 ratio.
If the dealer gets yours working, make sure they get the updated motors. The slide will go in and out slower, but at least it should work.
Yep, I think that is exactly it. From the inside I can see where the motor is rusted. I have given up, off to the dealer. Wish me luck, last time i brought it in they kept it for 4mo. and had to call every day to get the work completed.
