I do NOT understand your problem. It is stuck IN, UNDER WARRANTY. TAKE IT TO YOUR DEALER. They will fix it. WHY do you want to extend a broken room under warranty????? Curious, HOW did you determine it IS a bad motor? It could be the wire harness from the Controller to the motor, or the controller could be bad. Have you tried to engage the system in override mode?
