If you have enough junk in your engine that cleaning it will cause an issue with your O2 sensor then NOT using Seafoam will be a bigger problem than a bad sensor IMHO.
I've been using it routinely in everything I own, including the company fleet, for more than 30 years.
I'm still waiting for all those terrible things to happen to me. ;-)
