Seeking advice on 12v upgrade- Ch. 2: Bulk charger

Converters are cheaper but they suck IMO. I'd upgrade to an inverter/charger. IMO, they're better because you can change the charging setpoints and maybe actually FULLY 100% charge your batteries. Others will tell you their converters already do this. I disagree.
