Our 2006 gas powered MH has about 20,000 miles on it. in 2016 we had it serviced, oil change etc. ever since it has sat unused in a dry shed. what should we get done before we take it out on the ro...

I would add Seafoam to tank (Proprolatic) Lube, Oil, Filter. Fill tank. and check the tires for age, if they are too old new rubber.
Drive carefully for the first few miles.. Ride the brakes gently for the first few hundred yards. That's about it.
I know the gasoline is supposed to get nasty and Diesel can grow algae if sitting too long ...but I"ve driven motor homes that sat for many years and .. NO problems with fuel delivery at all.. May just be the design of the 8.1L vortec.
