Simple 110V-12V car battery charger?
I'm exhausted and depressed after reading reviews on Amazon. "Multistage" chargers that have only 2 stages (sometimes 1). Bulk stage running at 16-17V 'cause some idiot imbedded a "desulfation" mode...

I have 3 of these, and they always work very well,....charge at over 15 volts, float at 13.5. And they DO fully charge batteries.
And whats wrong w/ the "Battery Tender" It fully charges at 14.8, and is temp compensated. I have 1 of those, and it don't get any better.
