Slide out issue

Question

I have a 2011 Jayco Greyhawk 31DS.
The large slide has issues. Going out, the motor on the fridge side seems to stop and I need to push pretty hard to help it out. It comes in just fine. I never let it get too cockeyed because I don't want it to bind. It is always level before I move it out and I clean and silicone the rails every time the slide is out. The rails look good. No wear to speak of.
Is there a switch or something I can check or replace??
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Yup. I also plug in shore power before sliding out

Thanks Busguy22. You are right it is Schwintek.
Lots of info. It looks as though I need to re-synchronize the drive motors.
It also says that you should ALWAYS hold the button on until the motors stop on there own. That's a bit hard to do when you see the slide come in crooked.
I'll try the re-synchronize. Hopefully that's the ticket.
