Doug, Just tried your instructions, I can place jumpers on the wire harness, and extend and retract from the wire harness. I will check the board later to insure it is not bad, but I just got it today and all I did was plug it in, and hit the extend button for about two feet, thinking all was well, then I pushed the retract button, and nothing. I will also try putting a meter on the harness when I have someone to help me, to see what readings I get when the extend/retract button is pushed. I am starting to think it may be a wiring problem from the harness to the switch. If so I have no idea how I would ever find that, I think it runs through the floor.
