Slide outs

Question

Tomorrow I am going to replace my landing gear legs. I am setup at a campsite as we are fulltimers. Want to know if it is safe to hookup truck to fifth wheel with the slides out. I don't want to cause any problems with the slides. Thanks for any info, Dave

fine.  I've even driven with them out for VERY short distances.

YES......I too have moved our 5rv with all 3 slides extended.Dealers move trailers around lot with slides open all the timeBUT you are going to be removing/replacing landing gear so with 5vr hooked up to truck I would also support both sides of 5vr frame with jacks to stabilize 5vr while working on landing gear
