Slideout fails to retract, turn motor and it starts.

Had the same issue with my steps.> your motor has developed a "Dead Spot" now in the case of my steps which have hard stops I was able to "Re-Index" the motor so it stops on a different spot (basically I opened the trans and moved a gear a couple notches) Do not know if you can do that with your slide, but you may wish to replace the motor.
