We do/did the same thing in our old 5er and in the MH. Unfortunately the LCD TV in our MH draws WAY more than our LED LCD TV we used in the 5er. I'll probably end up swapping that back in. Our whole front entertainment center draws 16.5A while running, half of that is the TV itself. You have a low draw TV (smart) and the sat rcvr doesn't draw that much. Our draw in the 5er was ~50Ah a day with 4 hrs of TV watching per day plus other stuff. We had all LED lights though, I highly recommend those.
In your case, I'd do four 6V batteries and at least one 230W panel. Two 230W panels would replenish what you use for the most part and the 4 6V's would carry you for a few days if the sun decides not to come out.
