Just be warned that some RV manufacturers will void your roof warranty for adding an after market solar system. It would be a worthy call to your RV MFG to see if you're voided or not voided.

Lucky for most of us, we live in the United States, and for a company to void a warranty, they must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the material damage was caused by the installation. Of course the company does not need to correct a roof leak caused by someone stupid enough to install the roof mounts without any sealant, but as long as you install it correctly, there will not be leaks. And any material delamination caused by the manufacture would still be handled like any other warranty claim.
Lucky for me, most of my roof was protected and in the shade below my solar panels, and that covered part of the roof stayed in the best shape, compared to the sun exposed sections. My roof did start flaking off (well actually from the first week we had it at home) and all the white material was gone when it was about 12 years old, just beyond the warranty time. Still not worth it to make a warranty claim, it was just easier to repair it myself, coating the roof with Herculiner.
