Solar Panel Voc-MPPT?
Wondering if there is any relationship between measured Voc and MPPT performance with a 24v panel. My 12v panel has a Voc rating of 21.9 and Isc of 8.2, but I often see 8.2ish when Voc is only 20....

We went the last two trips running just the 95 ah grp 27 with the solar. We used it as the house bank and ran the furnace, lights, etc. We never needed to but the only time I'd fire up the generator is on the second really cloudy day in a row with lots of furnace use. Then the generator will bring the battery up to float and even with clouds the panel can keep it there all day.
LEDs are a wonderful thing. We have the cheap ebay type and for less power than just one incandescent bulb uses, we can light up our whole trailer.
