John, I meant - doesn't matter $30 or $300 within PWM group.
For a small MPPT I would get 20A Rogue 2024 - more features and adjustments than even Morningstar MPPT 45/60, not to mention MS MPPT 15. Quality beyond reproach.
With 150W panel I would be inclined to go cheap though. Some EP Solar, or whatever is now popular on Amazon for under $50 including display and "some" adjustments. You can't really count on living fulltime or several weeks off 150W, and squeezing out every possible amp-hour wouldn't change much.
