Sounds like overkill for what you want.
I would size the inverter for cpac machine. For TV/phone/computer, a 150 watt PSW Samlax inverter can be had for less than $150; if this would run the cpac, I would get it(they have a nice 300 watt unit not much more expensive).
You can get a couple of 100 to 120 watt 12volt panels for about $300.
I would get a $20 e-bay controller, but for $100-$150 you can get a good namebrand unit if you're uncomfortable taking chances.
If the install includes all wire/cable/mounting/etc. it's not totally out of line, although not a bargain.
