Yep. $98 for 100W panel. It's hard to find them cheaper in that size. The smaller they are, the more they cost per watt. Big panels can go as cheap as $0.60 per watt, but those are a different creature.
Can't recommend an inverter - the OP should figure out their energy needs first, i.e. max wattage.
On controllers, on the second thought I have to agree with Don Pianotuna and retract my objections against MPPT Ecoworthy. It's only 20A, but MPPTs been known for working well at the top amps without problems. Xantrex C35 is a fine controller, but it costs $300 with display and temp sensor, while Eco is $100. Yes, temp comp in Eco is onboard, not remote, this is a major "con". In terms of reliability and adjustability I'm sure Eco is A LOT better than no-name $20 Ebay controllers (that don't have a remote temp comp anyway).
I don't know PWM Ecoworthy. Didn't even know they existed.
