The only alternatives are instant coffee or stove-top coffee maker. Switch to tea, it's healthier.
12V coffee maker is 90W and is VERY slow.
All 110V kitchen or household gadgets are power hogs and need +800W inverter - toaster, coffee-maker, hair drier, you name it. Microwave is the worst - the smallest one draws 1,200W. These things should be avoided when one has only 2*6V batts and doesn't want to run a generator daily.
