Thanks gents for the comments. I will try to access or pull the battery and test it. That's a another story...I'm trying to figure out how to do that. Right now I can only get to one post. The rain won't let up today so hopefully I can take another look at it tomorrow.
I did replace the blown fuse in the relay (solenoid? are they the same?) but nothing changed - battery is on (can't disconnect), ceiling lights work, water pump works, tank level indicator lights on panel don't, don't get the usual cha-chunk sound from the solenoid/relay.
