Chris,
That's the same Intellitec relay I have. I tested the voltage from each big post to ground as DiskDctr suggested and got similar volts as my battery. As I mentioned in my initial post, I got a strong burning smell after plugging in to shore power for about 5 hours and the relay was pretty warm. Do you think it's burned out or should I try cleaning it? Maybe it's just stuck. If I pull it out to clean it, do I need to disconnect the battery first to avoid getting zapped?
