Solved. It was the fuel pump. Just a note. There are two mounting screws for the particular fuel pump and the rear one was a pain to get to. Don't forget to order a new inline fuel filter (ie. Cummins 1491353 Onan Fuel Filter - 10.00 / Amazon.com - prime). Thanks everyone.
