Something to clean roof before applying Eternabond?

Replacing vent with a Fantastic Fan tomorrow and can not get any Eternaclean or primer in time that the product suggests. Is there any household item I could use on my TPO roof to clean it before I us...

Thanks! I knew it would work on a rubber roof just was not sure on a TPO roof.
