I think you have a problem with your charging system, and possible your 12-volt system. If both of your batteries were AGM, I really question they would fail in such a short period of time. It is possible to have any battery go bad, but two in a row in less than three years is extremely unlikely. My bet is you can install a less expensive battery, and it will fail much sooner.
The OP has a Lifeline GPL27T battery, which is an AGM battery. The only maintenance I am aware of is to keep it properly charged. No water to deal with.
