It is hard to find portable chargers that do more than a few amps. Since you also want one that acts like a 3 stage converter and portables don't, I suggest you make your own portable from a deck mount converter. I have done that and it works just fine.
Plus you get lots of amps, they don't shut off at the end of the recharge (so you can use them as a Float charger and you can also use them as a constant voltage power supply for some jobs.)
Just hack off one end of a set of booster cables (be sure to use heavy wire guage ones though, #6 cu at least) and put that in the converter's output terminals. Ta da! Now you can clamp it onto a battery, plug it in and you are doing it, same as with a portable charger.
