I'm at the river and it is a little windy and every time I move around my motor home and touch metal I get a small shock. How can I stop this?

Humidity is 12% . I looked at my shore power and ground is good as far as I can see . It goes into a cement block. I'll go into town and get a tester tomorrow. If it turns out to be my motor home were is the first place I should look . Thanks
