OK, per RVP.
1. The original AC units do NOT match the exhaust(cold) air into the roof of your unit. There MUST be a modification to route the cold air direct into the ceiling duct. IF this was not done then you have a restriction and cooling problems. Which would cause the freeze sensor to trip prematurely. How long ago were the units installed?
2. RVP states they have seen problems with NON RVP wall tstat controls Specifically Atwood Tstats. The person I talked too at RVP was not sure if there was a fix for non RVP tstat operation problems. Doug
