Another possible source of energy radiation to the OPs body is the presence of 12 VDC powered fluorescent tube or lamp. These devices have an on board oscillator consisting of a square wave to convert 12 VDC to 120 VAC. The square wave would be a high frequency source of radiation. BUT, the radiation would not be present if the light were NOT turned on so it would be easier to troubleshoot.
