Could be the infamous Crankshaft Positioning Sensor or, if only when idling, a throttle body issue. In any case, if it was mine, I'd remove the air tube at the throttle body and clean what I could in the throttle body. That could save a trip to a service center or all of that hassle with an ERS. Don't overthink the issue.
