After 6 years full time my black tank reads full all the time except immediately after a dump when it reads 1/3. But after a few hours and minimal use it reads full again, but will not be full for a couple of weeks.
I think it is haunted, but I absolutely know when it is really full. It burps when flushing and I dump it. Works like a champ.
