I think it is haunted, but I absolutely know when it is really full. It burps when flushing and I dump it. Works like a champ.
Heh, guess my black tank has never been that full.
When I think it's getting full, I turn off the water, open the big valve, and peer down inside the toilet into the tank with a flashlight to see just how full it is.
A little gross but definitive. (No worse than the whole dumping business)
