Looks like a useful panel to go with your Solar30.
It is another of those with high Voc and low Isc for the wattage, but 8.4 is decent (my poly 130w was 8.2) A PWM controller will have no trouble with that, but I think you just meant about the Isc being a tad low for the 150w.
I liked the Solar30 for my T-1275s because I could set Vabs quite high and it would hold there till dark once it got the batts that high. If you want, you can still lower the voltage after some time at the high Vabs to float. I really like that Solar30
Mena was thinking of a pair of 150s to go with the fancy expensive controller he already bought in a fit of madness :) You guys should PM if the haggle price would tempt him. (He is easily tempted but under the thumb of his manager, he keeps saying :) )
