So I came across this on EBay... and they are very local to me... but it sounds like a $100 experiment gone bad. The specs on this thing are waaaaaaay different than any other 12V solar panel that...

Yes, the V is a little high for a PWM charger,
For 100-150W panels it's about $1.10 a watt. Yes, weird voltage. 2 or 3 of these in series would work fine with MPPT, though less cost-efficient than one big and heavy 24V.
I'm pondering solar farm expansion in (distant) future, by adding (much hated) portable to existing roof panels. Few 12V will suit the purpose better than one 24V. How much dolares o pesos for this one?
