The battery that came with my travel trailer THE battery?

I've learned quite a bit about battery maintenance recently...at the expense of my Exide 24MDP. It's time to replace it. In fact, my plan is to use 2 batteries in parallel to help in our dry camping...

MH's have more parasitic draws than trailers generally. Does your CO detector have its own battery? You have to figure that draw in too.
