Exactly the same issue I've had with 3 different WFCO converters charging my single Interstate G27 SRM, including my current WFCO 8955, regardless of how depleted that battery may be. :M My solution was to turn it off, use a charger that
will bulk @ 14.4, and let the next owner of my trailer worry about why the stupid WFCO won't bulk charge at 14.4 volts. :R
