I follow Mex's posts and have to research/assume/attempt to understand.

I look at it this way: like any expert that has difficulty explaining it in layman's terms. Sometimes I don't tell my users exactly what the issue was. When a website is inaccessible, do they need to know the proxy team and F5/Squid folks were involved because F5 was routing traffic incorrectly? :)
No, they rarely care nor do they understand. I know this is not the same as Mex's comments, but I feel like there is understanding and expertise that Mex provides if I could only understand it a little better. I find it a bit of a challenge. Sometimes the posts in various forums aren't challenging :)
