I'm in the process of changing mine now and adding fans to the vents without them. It appears the sizes are the same, but there are at least two different styles of caps and probably more. Even Ventline has two caps that are the same size but have different hinges on them just to make the job more fun.
Take the screen off, look up on the sides of the vent and there should be a mfg and model # sticker. If it's not on the vent you need to change, check the others.
Since you haven't done this before it will probably mean a couple of trips up and down the ladder to change it. Go up there and take your phone or camera and take some pictures. What you want to take pictures of is the hinge area. Also take some pictures of the hinges on both sides from the ends of the hinges.
Then go to YouTube and put in something like Change RV Vent Cover. You'll find one there for your style of vents. Then take the cover off and go down to an RV store. They're all probably getting UV damaged so you might as well change them all at once.
