Toilet Won't Flush
Last night I went to flush and the water flowed but the flapper wouldn't open to dump contents. I'm hoping I don't have to replace the whole toilet! Any suggestions on how to repair??

Sorry. Its a thetford foot pedal. 42135 model Its a very short base.
