    Thanks to everyone that replied!

     I found the transfer switch and have bypassed it by putting a 30 amp female end plug in coming from the generator into the shore power storage area.

     Now to use the generator I just have to plug in the shore power to that plug in when I want to use the generator.  This is how many other RVs are set up that I have seen and I prefer it that way because of simplicity and less electronics to have to rely on.

    The transfer switch was on top of the power converter.  I couldn’t see this until I removed the drawers above it.  I never did that until your suggestions because I could see the back of the power converter from under the sink but the switch was hidden from the back.

I could only guess that it's close to the generator and probably behind a panel that's poorly screwed in. 
Because you mentioned that you thought the main breaker might have tripped I'm assuming you checked that first.  When you say there is no power from shore or generator how are you testing that? Are you using a meter?
Is there a box of some kind right above where the wires disappear behind the frame?

The main breakers (both on the generator and the power converter) were not tripped.  I do not seem to even getting power to the power converter which is why I believe it is the transfer switch.  

The breaker on the generator shouldn’t have anything to do with not getting power when hooked up to shore power I believe.

 I am testing at the power converter with a contactless tester.  
I believe the only thing between the shore power plug and the power converter would be the transfer switch but I am new to this RV so if you know of anything else that could be a problem please let me know.
 I can’t see any box that would appear to be a transfer switch where I lose sight of the wires.

    There are a lot of possibilities between the shore power plug and the converter. What about the main breaker and All the circuit breakers in the main panel? Does the receptacle the converter is plugged into have power? Did you check the shore power cord for continuity? Does the main breaker (and each of all the other breakers) in the breaker panel have power on each side of the breakers?
    By the way, in my opinion, a contactless tester is NOT ideal for testing at this point in the game. You need to test for actual voltage and how many volts is actually present (or not).
